How much care do you take about a healthy diet?

Olja: I make sure that I don't skip meals, that I eat fish instead of meat at least 3 times a week and that I always have a variety of vegetables on my plate. I try to drink enough fluids - at least 2 liters of water and green tea a day. I don't overdo it with fruit and avoid white bread, sweets and alcohol. I never eat fried food, fried food and never drink carbonated drinks.

tatjana: I really take care of my diet. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, I also eat brown bread but I like to eat meat, the only thing I don't like is fish, although I know it's healthy, but its smell bothers me
tanya: I try very hard, although I have to admit that I don't succeed in it every day, because today's fast pace of life does not leave us enough time to take care of ourselves. I bought all the healthy oils (grape seed oil, sea salt, buckwheat flour) and I try to make my diet predominate with fruits and vegetables. I only drink squeezed juices, which I really like. the healthiest. As far as physical activity is concerned, I must admit that I am passive on that side.
